Our Purpose
At Vitality Village, we believe everyone deserves the tools, support, and opportunities to build a healthy, purposeful life.
Mental wellness. Emotional resilience. Physical health. Strong relationships. Personal growth. We don't separate these things. We grow them together.
Our programs help children, families, educators, professionals, and community members build the skills, confidence, and connections that turn personal well-being into community strength.

Learn moreWhy We Go Outside
In a world filled with constant notifications and rising stress, nature gives us something we cannot find in our screens. Time outside has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, sharpen focus, and strengthen overall well-being.
A walk through a park. A few hours in the garden. A morning on a trail. Time under a tree.
That's why outdoor experiences are woven into nearly everything we do. From guided hikes to community walks to gardening programs, we help people slow down, reconnect, and remember that growth, resilience, and healing are natural parts of life.

Our Founder
Shundrika Williams is a leadership development professional, speaker, coach, and community advocate dedicated to helping individuals discover their power, strengthen their voice, and create lives rooted in wellness, purpose, and personal growth.
Through Vitality Village, she combines leadership development, wellness education, and community engagement to create transformative experiences that help people thrive personally and professionally.
She also serves on the board of the Maritza McClendon Foundation, founded by Maritza McClendon, the first Black person to win an Olympic medal for swimming. The foundation teaches Black and brown children to swim and provides them with the basic gear they need to get started, including swimsuits, goggles, and swim caps.
Shundrika believes that thriving communities are built one person at a time, and that real change happens when wellness, leadership, and connection grow together.
